I have no complaints at all, we were struggling trying to find a place to call home and with a little one it was difficult to find a place we’ve been in the apartments for about 2 going on 3 months and we love it so far, Maddy and the office staff and maintenance are so friendly and easy going. We consider this safe for our little family and I can’t appreciate them enough, can’t wait to go the pool this summer!

So, the staff is wonderful at Orchard Place, and Maddy is doing her best to address every issue that comes her way. The apartments are older and probably could use updating, but in this economy that can be hard. The facilities are amazing, and the neighbors are all very friendly. Now, with that said I have a few complaints, but only one relates to the property itself. No Parking areas should be better painted, hell even spray paint would work. (Only complaint) Residents should be picking up waste from their pets it's gross. Also, some of the Residents are up super late being loud or not listening to the rules of the complex. If they can get new Residents the apartments would be perfect.

Looking at a new home and went to the property for a tour. The Leasing consultant and Manager were both very friendly and helpful in answering all my questions. The apartments are spacious and have a really great floor plan. They have a nice pool and the club house is spacious and they told me I can rent it out for occasions. I think this would be a nice place for get together. They also have free WiFi in the club house and a nice quiet office space. I will take advantage of this if we move in and the gym. I again appreciated the staff being so welcoming and look forward to becoming a resident in the future or passing the info on to my good buddy.

From ease with signing the lease, to the quality and upkeep of the property and our unit, the amenities, and very fair and accessible deposit/move in fees, we are very satisfied! And Cassandra, who runs their business office, is delightful-incredibly kind and very approachable. We love having them on-site too, if we need anything!

I have been living here with my mom for 4 years until I moved out into my own apartment with my man this year. We love how friendly this place is, and how open it is. And instead of spending money on a gym membership, we can just go to the fitness room anytime. This is a good little start off for us with renting, and starting our own life. We love it.

After walking through a tour of one of the apartments, I was amazed by the friendly staff and the cleanliness of the grounds. Inside the units they were clean and Spacious. All the amenities such as pool and weight room seemed easily accessible and I really liked it. Cassandra, the property manager was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. She was very informative and I really enjoyed getting to know her and the community. She is amazing!!!

I've been living here since July of 2022 and absolutely love it, if there's ever a maintenance problem it is taken care of right away, they hold people accountable to keep our apartments looking they're best, they also have a small dog run and a designated parking spot to wash your car! how cool! the swimming pool, jacuzzi, gym, and sauna, and rec room are even more an absolute added bonus I'm so thankful for!! not to mention I absolutely love my apartment and the colors and floors they've installed, makes it so much more modern! when the day comes for me to move out I'm seriously gonna cry lol.

We have experienced nothing but kind and courteous treatment from management and their team! Great place to live. The dog park is great for our dog walks in the morning/evening times. Cannot wait to use our car wash station and the pool. However, very well kept through this off season. The neighbors are all pretty friendly. Cassandra is a fantastic manager and the maintenance guys, Curtis and Alan, are friendly and always take care of our issues promptly. Only nitpick I have is I'd like to see the playground updated a bit, it could use a little TLC.

I have been a tenant for four months now and I could not be more pleased with the facility and particularly the management. Rebecca and Cassandra have been outstanding. They are professional, genuinely care about the tenants and go above and beyond to ensure the highest quality of living for all the residents. Curtis is in charge of the maintenance department and and he and his staff keep the facility spotless and make sure all repairs, no matter how large or small, are completed rapidly and correctly. I have lived in high end complexes before and can confidently say that this is the best run facility in the entire Treasure Valley.

I had a bad experience a few years ago when I first lived here. When I moved in, a lot of the boxes in the wall didnt have covers and a couple of my kitchen appliances didnt work. But I found out that the maintenance team was in shambles because most everyone quit around the same time and they couldn't find people to work. The apartment complex was going through a couple rough changes at the time I was living there and unfortunately I was one of the people that was affected; however, they never let their customer service dip. They were always straightforward with me and they worked with me to help me experience a more comfortable living situation when my roommates were some of the most irresponsible people I have ever met.

Great management team. The maintenance crew is quick and effficient and the weight room is well maintained. Hot tub is clean and is open through the winter. Great place to live. The biggest downside is the parking situation. With only 1 spot allotted to a three bedroom apartment, it is often tough to find parking if you are a multi-car family. There is also little recourse when others use your reserved spot; also, there is seldom parking available for any guests that you may have in the evening.

Overall, well cared for and maintained with nice, big layouts- surprisingly large rooms. Feels homey. Our only frustration is a common difficulty in apartment living- thin walls, noisy neighbors, and smoke! And Maddy, in the office, is wonderful! Signing on year 5.

I've been living here since April and I love it. It's so peaceful here. Neighbors are nice. Management is amazing (not to mention they buy scentsy from me!!) :P totally recommend Orchard place apartments!!

Orchard Place had just changed their management team when my husband and I moved in February 2017. We had been desperately looking for a place that would allow our two dogs and at Orchard Place it was not an issue, very pet friendly. They do have an issue with owners not cleaning up after their pets but they are addressing the issue and this summer was much better. When we first moved in the grounds and facility were looking run down and aged. Management has made it a priority to get things back into shape, fresh paint and new furniture in the club house, the sprinkler system has been fixed and they now have green grass, trees trimmed and maintained, new lounge chairs and tables in the swimming pool area. Overall we had a good experience. Thank you Karleen and Maddy for taking care of us.

I had a bad experience a few years ago when I first lived here. When I moved in, a lot of the boxes in the wall didnt have covers and a couple of my kitchen appliances didnt work. But I found out that the maintenance team was in shambles because most everyone quit around the same time and they couldn't find people to work. The apartment complex was going through a couple rough changes at the time I was living there and unfortunately I was one of the people that was affected; however, they never let their customer service dip. They were always straightforward with me and they worked with me to help me experience a more comfortable living situation when my roommates were some of the most irresponsible people I have ever met.
