I visit the community not to long ago and notice that the pond had two fountain going looked amazing. The community was getting dead trees removed changing the atmosphere of the community and the look

Looking at a new home and went to the property for a tour. The Leasing consultant and Manager were both very friendly and helpful in answering all my questions. The apartments are spacious and have a really great floor plan. They have a nice pool and the club house is spacious and they told me I can rent it out for occasions. I think this would be a nice place for get together. They also have free WiFi in the club house and a nice quiet office space. I will take advantage of this if we move in and the gym. I again appreciated the staff being so welcoming and look forward to becoming a resident in the future or passing the info on to my good buddy.

I have been living here with my mom for 4 years until I moved out into my own apartment with my man this year. We love how friendly this place is, and how open it is. And instead of spending money on a gym membership, we can just go to the fitness room anytime. This is a good little start off for us with renting, and starting our own life. We love it.

Amazing place to live. When you need repairs done they are on top of it. If anyone is parked in the wrong place they send mass text and emails for people to move their vehicles. Very accommodating when it comes to being late they understand life happens.

We've lived here for a month and a half. Our apartment feels like a home. It's very spacious! The management and maintenance people are amazing! The grounds are kept up nicely, it's beautiful. We love that it's pet friendly and our cat loves it here too!

I love where I live. My apartment doesnât feel like an apartment, it feels like Iâm in a house and made it a home. I love the office staff and the Manager. They are always there. This is an amazing place to live.

We have lived here since September and so far we enjoy it. Our management and maintenance team are very friendly and on top of keeping it nice. And our apartment is nice and big enough to accommodate our 4 kids plus 2 dogs.
It's a pet friendly community, which is hard to find these days, so that's a big bonus.
We have good, friendly neighbors.

We have experienced nothing but kind and courteous treatment from management and their team! Great place to live.
The dog park is great for our dog walks in the morning/evening times. Cannot wait to use our car wash station and the pool. However, very well kept through this off season. The neighbors are all pretty friendly.
I would like to give a KUDDOS out to the groundmen that do a fabulous job keeping our grounds well kept & maintained throughout the day!

These are some of the best apartments I've lived in. Not perfect by any means but management is on top of whatever your issue may be having. The courtyard is beautiful and I enjoy the duck being around. It's the best bang for your buck as well.

We just recently moved in and I think these apartments are so cute and cozy. I love sitting on my balcony overlooking a beautiful pond with all the trees and watching the ducks. It’s real quiet too. Haven’t had any issues with neighbors.

The Orchard Place Apartments are a great place to live. Cassandra in the leasing office is awesome! She is professional and personable. The grounds are clean, the neighbors are friendly and the maintenance staff are professional, friendly and very efficient.

Cassandra was so incredibly helpful, polite and understanding. She answered all of my questions and really took the time to listen and understand my situation. She did not have anything available at the time, but if I am On the lookout again, I will call her first!

I recently moved in to the apartments, and I have to say I have been treated extremely well! First rate service, easy application and approval process, staff ready to help make you feel welcome to the community and I cant say enough about the location and amenities! Check them out, you wont be sorry!

We have lived her for a little over a year and a half and we have really loved it. Not only is Cassandra and the entire office staff so nice & helpful but so are maintenance. We have needed help 2x and they have always been very quick and fixed the issue and are always so respectful. The apartments themselves are super spacious and so much natural light. Our favorite apartments we have ever lived in!

These aren't high-end apartments but for the price, it has all the amenities you need (club house, pool, fitness center, hot tub, sauna, playground, basketball court). Management has always been easy to deal with and easy to get ahold of. Kassandra is a fantastic manager and the maintenance guys, Curtis and Alan, are friendly and always take care of our issues promptly.
Only nitpick I have is I'd like to see the playground updated a bit, it could use a little TLC.

Me and my family have lived here for two years and we absolutely love it! The apartment managers are so nice, and everything is kept super clean. Any problems we have had have been taken care of promptly. Definitely recommend Orchard Place!

Me and my family moved in Thanksgiving weekend last year. It’s been a nice calm cozy place to call home for the moment. Amenities are great. Only down side is not enough parking.

Called and left a voicemail. They called me back (one of the only communities that returned my call). Cassandra was very friendly and answered all my questions. Unable to tour since I live out of state, but Cassandra described the community and sent me an email and it's just what I am looking for. Looking to move in July. They added me to their call list. Hoping to make Orchard Place home.

The Office Staff and Maintenance at orchard place are absolutely amazing. They are compassionate, friendly, and easy to work with. We love the ponds in the Center Courtyard and the ducks, oh the ducks!!! My kids have loved feeding and watching the ducks and all the babies. There was a building that caught fire this year, and I watched the owners and office staff show so much compassion for all those who were displaced. Walking distance to Dutch, Anytime fitness (if you donât want to use the nice gym onsite), and now even Baskin Robbins is right on the corner.

I have been a tenant for four months now and I could not be more pleased with the facility and particularly the management. Rebecca and Cassandra have been outstanding. They are professional, genuinely care about the tenants and go above and beyond to ensure the highest quality of living for all the residents. Curtis is in charge of the maintenance department and and he and his staff keep the facility spotless and make sure all repairs, no matter how large or small, are completed rapidly and correctly. I have lived in high end complexes before and can confidently say that this is the best run facility in the entire Treasure Valley.

Me and my family lived there for 3 years, and the best thing about this place was how well we were treated by Cassandra, Maddy, and the other staff. Our apartment was spacious, and reasonably priced. The pool and hot tub were nice amenities. I would highly recommended that anyone who is searching for an apartment look no further than Orchard Place.

I've been living here since April and I love it. It's so peaceful here. Neighbors are nice. Management is amazing (not to mention they buy scentsy from me!!) :P totally recommend Orchard place apartments!!

Orchard Place had just changed their management team when my husband and I moved in February 2017. We had been desperately looking for a place that would allow our two dogs and at Orchard Place it was not an issue, very pet friendly. They do have an issue with owners not cleaning up after their pets but they are addressing the issue and this summer was much better. When we first moved in the grounds and facility were looking run down and aged. Management has made it a priority to get things back into shape, fresh paint and new furniture in the club house, the sprinkler system has been fixed and they now have green grass, trees trimmed and maintained, new lounge chairs and tables in the swimming pool area. Overall we had a good experience. Thank you Karleen and Maddy for taking care of us.
