This is the most disgusting property management. We lived here from September of 2023 to September of 2025. We had complained about mold in our unit and they âcleaned itâ. Flash forward to February of 2025 and we see our vents look like this (photos attached). We were sent to the ER countless times and had to stay at a family members house. They did not care one bit. They drug their feet and refused to show me the mold testing. However they did offer us a different unit which we appreciated. The whole time they kept trying to blame us saying it was from my plants, taking a shower, my humidifier, etc. We had to get rid of everything weâve ever owned and it was devastating. We gave our notice to leave in September of 2025. They wanted us out 9/6 but to pay till 9/15. They said they need a week to get it ready for the next tenant and itâs âstandardâ to pay for a week even though you wonât be there that time. They now are refusing our deposit in full claiming we as the tenant are responsible for paying the cleaning fee and carpet shampoo fee for the next tenant even though in their words we left it in great condition and nothing was wrong. They are also charging us for time we were not even in the last unit due to mold. They do not care about their tenants. They are never there, they never answer the phones or emails. They treat their tenants like garbage. They give no notice to big things like coming into your home, having to move your vehicles, etc. They come up with made up fees and made up amounts that you owe. They are shady and lie every chance they get. Not to mention, they never fixed the mold problem in that unit. They just replaced the vents and called it good. The monthly price in rent isnât bad but it is not worth dealing with them and their lies, deceiving tactics and lack of human empathy.
