A great place to live and if there are issues - management gets right on it and works to resolve them. I enjoy living here. However, the dog park is a mess and people are not cleaning up after their pets

Its Truly a great place to live. Staff is great and very helpful. It's very clean and maintained.

These aren't high-end apartments but for the price, it has all the amenities you need (club house, pool, fitness center, hot tub, sauna, playground, basketball court). Management has always been easy to deal with and easy to get ahold of. Kassandra is a fantastic manager and the maintenance guys, Curtis and Alan, are friendly and always take care of our issues promptly. Only nitpick I have is I'd like to see the playground updated a bit, it could use a little TLC.

Great community! Great office Staff, Cassandra is always willing to help in any way she can. Quiet and friendly neighbors. Perfect location and the apartments are spacious with a great layout.

Me and my family have lived here for two years and we absolutely love it! The apartment managers are so nice, and everything is kept super clean. Any problems we have had have been taken care of promptly. Definitely recommend Orchard Place!

Me and my family moved in Thanksgiving weekend last year. It’s been a nice calm cozy place to call home for the moment. Amenities are great. Only down side is not enough parking.
