Our move in went so smoothly thanks to Cassandra. She is an amazing apartment manager and this is such a beautiful place to live, well kept, And all my neighbors and kids Have been such a joy to meet.

My family has lived in this community for a few years and it is amazing. The office and maintenance staff are friendly and warm and always, always willing to do anything they can to help with anything you might need. I'm so happy to call Orchard Place home.

The management team here is very responsive, accessible, and friendly. The grounds are well kept, repairs are done quickly, and It is a great place to live.
