Easy application / move it process. Neighbors are super friendly, and nice. Nice dog area, and wonderful dog park nearby. The cat is loving the sliding glass door “ cat tv” she can’t decide whether she likes the ducks or squirrels the best.

In the 4 years Ive lived here ive had 2 apartments and both nice, staff is amazing gotta love the friendly attitude Maddie and Curtis have plus the staff just don't remember the names sorry! other than that put in a repair request on stuff I thought was minor Maddie on the other hand didn't and had it fix within 2 days. like the way yall do business that's why im still here. yea cost did go up but that's life you pay for what you get

Great complex with great people. Clean and well kept. Courteous neighbors, but that can vary of course depending on who moves in.
