Multiple cars have been broken into. We came here because we were told it was a "gated community". The gate doesn't work. Not a safe place for kids. Do not recommend. There are better options close by that are safer and a similar price.

I had a bad experience a few years ago when I first lived here. When I moved in, a lot of the boxes in the wall didnt have covers and a couple of my kitchen appliances didnt work. But I found out that the maintenance team was in shambles because most everyone quit around the same time and they couldn't find people to work. The apartment complex was going through a couple rough changes at the time I was living there and unfortunately I was one of the people that was affected; however, they never let their customer service dip. They were always straightforward with me and they worked with me to help me experience a more comfortable living situation when my roommates were some of the most irresponsible people I have ever met.

Great management team. The maintenance crew is quick and effficient and the weight room is well maintained. Hot tub is clean and is open through the winter. Great place to live. The biggest downside is the parking situation. With only 1 spot allotted to a three bedroom apartment, it is often tough to find parking if you are a multi-car family. There is also little recourse when others use your reserved spot; also, there is seldom parking available for any guests that you may have in the evening.

This management company loves to charge fees with no regard or consideration for just and fair policies. Multiple discrepancies by management during move in and lease signing, one false advisement after another. Could not wait for my lease to end and get out. Also nothing but problems with male neighbors preying on my underaged daughter followed by multiple threats to my daughter from a female visitor of the preying male neighbors.

Orchard Place is truly spectacular! The staff is great, couldn’t of done it with out Maddie though! Would highly recommend Orchard Place!
