Overall, well cared for and maintained with nice, big layouts- surprisingly large rooms. Feels homey. Our only frustration is a common difficulty in apartment living- thin walls, noisy neighbors, and smoke! And Maddy, in the office, is wonderful! Signing on year 5.

We enjoyed living there. Our management Amanda & Maddie were great. The rent hike of $200 when our lease was up was the reason we left along with needing more space.

Lived at Orchard Place for a little over three years never had any issues that weren't resolved, management was amazing(Maddie) took great care of us.
