I've been living here since April and I love it. It's so peaceful here. Neighbors are nice. Management is amazing (not to mention they buy scentsy from me!!) :P totally recommend Orchard place apartments!!

Orchard Place had just changed their management team when my husband and I moved in February 2017. We had been desperately looking for a place that would allow our two dogs and at Orchard Place it was not an issue, very pet friendly. They do have an issue with owners not cleaning up after their pets but they are addressing the issue and this summer was much better. When we first moved in the grounds and facility were looking run down and aged. Management has made it a priority to get things back into shape, fresh paint and new furniture in the club house, the sprinkler system has been fixed and they now have green grass, trees trimmed and maintained, new lounge chairs and tables in the swimming pool area. Overall we had a good experience. Thank you Karleen and Maddy for taking care of us.

Not the worst or best apartments I lived in walls are to thin can always hear ur neighbors hard to find parking if u have more then one vehicle fees on top of your rent are always on the rise but spacious apartments and clean keeped well maintenance sauna never works tho!

I have lived here for 8 years. I find the place to be totally pleasing. The landscape is beautiful, its also very close to downtown Nampa. Great place Great staff.

Dont move here, they took ages to fix the pool because "We dont want to spend that much money." They are not a gated community because they never close the gates, allowing any person in the complex, and they have little to no cameras. There has been thievery going on, and because they have no cameras, we cant figure out who is doing it.
