There are two children constantly unaccompanied by an adult with two little white dogs, they have tried multiple times to let the dogs go after the ducks in the pond and are way to young to be near a pond with no fence or any barrier around it. I really hope these apartments build some type of barrier around that pond before some child decides to get to close and fall in.

Looking at a new home and went to the property for a tour. The Leasing consultant and Manager were both very friendly and helpful in answering all my questions. The apartments are spacious and have a really great floor plan. They have a nice pool and the club house is spacious and they told me I can rent it out for occasions. I think this would be a nice place for get together. They also have free WiFi in the club house and a nice quiet office space. I will take advantage of this if we move in and the gym. I again appreciated the staff being so welcoming and look forward to becoming a resident in the future or passing the info on to my good buddy.

Amazing place to live. Maintance is on top of things when repairs are needed. Office manager is amazing and dose what she can for the residence.

Orchard Place is a great place to live. Cassandra is super helpful anytime I reach out with issues. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable, and my daughter loves the community pond and playground. Couldnât recommend it enough!
