We just recently moved in and I think these apartments are so cute and cozy. I love sitting on my balcony overlooking a beautiful pond with all the trees and watching the ducks. Itâ€™s real quiet too. Havenâ€™t had any issues with neighbors.

The Orchard Place Apartments are a great place to live. Cassandra in the leasing office is awesome! She is professional and personable. The grounds are clean, the neighbors are friendly and the maintenance staff are professional, friendly and very efficient.

Cassandra was so incredibly helpful, polite and understanding. She answered all of my questions and really took the time to listen and understand my situation. She did not have anything available at the time, but if I am On the lookout again, I will call her first!

Great place to live <3 we are so excited for the pool area to open up again for summer!! Landscaping is nice and the apartment itself is clean and well kept

Orchard place Apartments is by far one of my favorite apartment complex Iâve lived in! The staff is super sweet and they are amazing and quick for any repairs you may need!

Update- I am now signing my 3rd lease and I am extremely pleased with the staff, amenities and atmosphere of our community! If you want a home and not just an apartment, please check out these apartments!!!!! Previous Review - I recently moved in to the apartments, and I have to say I have been treated extremely well! First rate service, easy application and approval process, staff ready to help make you feel welcome to the community and I cant say enough about the location and amenities! Check them out, you wont be sorry!

I have lived at Orchard Place for over several years, the staff are always friendly & are wonderful to work with; any time I have an issue it is resolve in a timely manner. The amenities are wonderful for those who live here..Give them a call to see what they have...
