We have lived here since September and so far we enjoy it. Our management and maintenance team are very friendly and on top of keeping it nice. And our apartment is nice and big enough to accommodate our 4 kids plus 2 dogs. It's a pet friendly community, which is hard to find these days, so that's a big bonus. We have good, friendly neighbors.

I am a resident and have enjoyed making Orchard Place my home. Cassandra is an awesome manager. The maintenance crew are professional and friendly. Everything is taken care of quickly, efficiently and in a timely manner.

We have experienced nothing but kind and courteous treatment from management and their team! Great place to live. The dog park is great for our dog walks in the morning/evening times. Cannot wait to use our car wash station and the pool. However, very well kept through this off season. The neighbors are all pretty friendly. I would like to give a KUDDOS out to the groundmen that do a fabulous job keeping our grounds well kept & maintained throughout the day! Akuna Matata Vibes!!! =)

These are some of the best apartments I've lived in. Not perfect by any means but management is on top of whatever your issue may be having. The courtyard is beautiful and I enjoy the duck being around. It's the best bang for your buck as well.

We just recently moved in and I think these apartments are so cute and cozy. I love sitting on my balcony overlooking a beautiful pond with all the trees and watching the ducks. Itâ€™s real quiet too. Havenâ€™t had any issues with neighbors.

The Orchard Place Apartments are a great place to live. Cassandra in the leasing office is awesome! She is professional and personable. The grounds are clean, the neighbors are friendly and the maintenance staff are professional, friendly and very efficient.

Cassandra was so incredibly helpful, polite and understanding. She answered all of my questions and really took the time to listen and understand my situation. She did not have anything available at the time, but if I am On the lookout again, I will call her first!

Great place to live <3 we are so excited for the pool area to open up again for summer!! Landscaping is nice and the apartment itself is clean and well kept
