Orchard place Apartments is by far one of my favorite apartment complex Iâve lived in! The staff is super sweet and they are amazing and quick for any repairs you may need!

Update- I am now signing my 3rd lease and I am extremely pleased with the staff, amenities and atmosphere of our community! If you want a home and not just an apartment, please check out these apartments!!!!! Previous Review - I recently moved in to the apartments, and I have to say I have been treated extremely well! First rate service, easy application and approval process, staff ready to help make you feel welcome to the community and I cant say enough about the location and amenities! Check them out, you wont be sorry!

These aren't high-end apartments but for the price, it has all the amenities you need (club house, pool, fitness center, hot tub, sauna, playground, basketball court). Management has always been easy to deal with and easy to get ahold of. Cassandra is a fantastic manager and the maintenance guys, Curtis and Alan, are friendly and always take care of our issues promptly. Only nitpick I have is I'd like to see the playground updated a bit, it could use a little TLC.

I have lived at Orchard Place for over several years, the staff are always friendly & are wonderful to work with; any time I have an issue it is resolve in a timely manner. The amenities are wonderful for those who live here..Give them a call to see what they have...

We have lived her for a little over a year and a half and we have really loved it. Not only is Cassandra and the entire office staff so nice & helpful but so are maintenance. We have needed help 2x and they have always been very quick and fixed the issue and are always so respectful. The apartments themselves are super spacious and so much natural light. Our favorite apartments we have ever lived in!
